About The Budwig Center

We started our program after completing our visit and training with Dr. Johanna Budwig of Germany. Many people are familiar with the Dr. Johanna Budwig famous Flaxseed oil and cottage cheese diet formula.

The Budwig Center Wellness Course is taught in English, French, Spanish and Russian by our qualified staff.

Our Center has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, study room and a large terrace facing the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Also we can offer a luxury bedroom that features a double bed, private sunbathing terrace, English Cable TV, 24/7 Internet and WiFi, free phone calls, ensuite bathroom with Air Conditioning and heating. Two other bedrooms and a separate full bathroom are also available.

A clinically designed chair lift for the stairway is also available for weak or aged patients. Once the rooms at the Center are occupied, we have arrangements with fully equipped apartments and/or Apart/Hotels nearby where you can stay and complete some of the programs in your own privacy. Each day we offer a shuttle service to bring you to and from the Budwig Center.

Our Center is small enough to provide you with very personalized attention but sizable enough to offer you all the training and therapies you will need. Our Naturopathic doctor, Medical Doctor (trained in the UK and Spain), Massage therapists, Certified Nutritionist, teachers and emotional counsellors will do all they can to make your visit to Budwig Center not only a pleasant but a "life changing" experience.
